Orring — Contraceptive Ring & Period Tracker (Mobile App)
Orring is a women's-health mobile app that makes tracking a contraceptive ring and menstrual cycle effortless — reliable, multilingual and fully privacy-first.
Orring is a mobile app I designed and built end-to-end for users of contraceptive vaginal rings (e.g. NuvaRing). It automatically computes the cycle phases (21 days with the ring / 7-day break), displays the current cycle day in real time, sends reminders for insertion and removal, and includes a 12-month period-tracking calendar.
A core principle: Orring runs entirely offline. No health data ever leaves the device — everything is stored locally. A deliberate privacy-by-design choice for such intimate data.
The cycle engine is pure, fully unit-tested business logic (temporary removals, back-dated corrections, self-healing data migrations on updates), delivering the accuracy a health app demands.

Orring — Mobile tracking app (contraceptive ring & periods)
An Android app designed, built and shipped end-to-end (React Native / Expo).
Orring is an everyday companion for people who use the vaginal contraceptive ring and want to track their periods — with a gentle, private, fully offline approach. It visualizes the 21/7 cycle on an animated gauge, sends smart reminders (insertion, removal, re-insertion, period predictions), and offers a calendar, cycle history and daily notes — no account, no ads, no data ever sent to a server.
