Mission & Role
Supervise outsourced development of Kyklo app, using systematic processes
user story building & review with Kyklo CEO, CTO
follow-up of development with tech team
technical testing of feature (unit, system and regression testing)
user testing of features with test group (internal or external)
collect of user feedback on feature issues and close loop with tech team (key user of intercom ⇒ clarify)
Secure complete documentation of code, for further development by Kyklo, its initial sub-contractor or any other sub-contractor
Develop features roadmapped after MVP

Requirements
Knowledge on full Kyklo technology stack:
Ruby on Rails
Postgres Database
Bootstrap UI framework or equivalent
Heroku for application hosting or equivalent
Amazon S3 for asset hosting
CloudFlare CDN and SSL

Leadership skills and potential
Agile development process knowledge
Team management skills
Fluent english written & spoken
Open, curious,strong communicator.

As a plus, knowledge on:
Intercom for customer engagement
Mandrill for transactional email
Kissmetrics for analytics
excel environment & pivot tables
