Recherche développeur web avec Shopify experience qui parle anglais

Hello, I'm going to be living in Carcassonne, France for 6 months every year starting this June. I run an American ecommerce business for my skin care product brand through Shopify. I already have a website, but I'm looking for a local web developer I can work with regularly to make monthly updates for me with promotions, etc. and to maintain the health of my website. I speak French conversationally but professionally don't feel comfortable yet, so since there will be so many specific details we'll be working on, I need someone who can understand and speak English please.
