Peer to Peer Car rental marketplace.

Need a peer to peer car rental marketplace, similar to drivy.com.
Platform functionality for renter,car owner and Admin.
Platform must be able to cater for extended periods of car rental (long term) 30 days+ up to 12 months. Payment integration must allow recurring monthly billing.

Platform would also need a workflow for a car inspection workflow. The owner will hand over the car to the renter and both parties must perform a car inspection on collection & return of the car.

Require Flat fee price/quote for marketplace completion & installation with min. 3 months support after installation.
Timeline 2 months to completion.
