Enyosolutions is a digital studio in growth specialized to web and mobile development, created in 2015, we are a team of 11 people working from all around the world (France, Portugal, India, Bali). We have our office in Lisbon (Saldanha), but our team members are free to work in remote and have a digital office everywhere. Our clients are mostly French start-ups and companies (like Air Liquide, Group La Poste, EDF…).
We want to grow in the Portuguese market. We recently started taking on Portuguese projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a Lead Developer in freelance or permanent contract based in Lisbon or in remote. It’s a key operational function that will be at the heart of Enyosolutions' development strategy. The lead developer has management and technical skills. Indeed, he must be capable to train its teams, to supervise and to motivate developers that he manages (1 to 6 members average by team). As a leader, he sets the rhythm of the projects. He garantees the performance of the projects thanks to its sound technical skills and he will work closely with its team.
He brings:
- His technical skills
- An added value on the project management to deliver the expected elements with respect of the deadlines and budget
- An ability to lead and cooperate with his team and business contacts
- A knowledge of the last new technologies and knows how to identify innovations and evaluate them. He ensures the use of best practices of development

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Project supervisor on various exciting development projects: control of the good progress of developments, definition of the timeline, technical choices, methods to use
- Team’s management: guide developers, solve problems (bugs, displays), improve their skills (Make them rise in skills).
- Technical referent in terms of code, to organize good practices, and to check the actions of his team.
- To ensure the quality of the code thanks to analysis tools and systematic code review
- To guarantee the respect of deadlines imposed
- To respect the allocated budget
- To set up tests / acceptance
- Technological surveillance On all these missions, this lead developer will be helped by the CEO and the office manager.

YOUR PROFILE
- Beyond a rigorous and skillful person to carry out the missions described, we seek a collaborator with great personality who will find himself in our corporate philosophy, dynamic and with an entrepreneurial spirit
- +3/5 years of studies, informatic engineer track and webdevelopment track (engineering school or university) or equivalent
- Professionnal experience at least 5 years in web/mobile development and 2 years in fullstack javascript, with at least one team management experience. (portfolio in support)
- Language: fluent in English (Portuguese or French is a plus)
- Our documentation and tools are in English
- Technical expertise and strong versatility on web technologies (front-end, back-end)
- Proficient in Javascript
- Php / Symphony is highly appreciated
