Angular + RoR pour copier une page existante

idealement je recherche un freelance qui peut se deplacer chez moi ou faire du remote pour passer 1/2 journee de test (payee bien sur) en (remote) pair programming.

CRUD service where a French real estate agent can enter some information about a house/flat to sell and gets a report about estimated price and other analysis, and that can be printed in pdf.

Such kind of service already exist.

SO to quickly start I would like to copy an existing service to have a boilerplate project on which I can iterate/improve. = I dont care to have the exact / pixel perfect same layout since It will change.

Your mission is to build such first prototype/boilerplate with a similar but lighter html report (only 4 pages) just to demonstrate the concept: a similar layout (page number logo etc..), similar cover page, a page with editable info, a page with graphs (wirh data generated randomly) and the whole report will be printable in pdf.

- a general layout (e.g. page number, footer, logo at the top)
- 2 statics page (covert page, presentation of the company)
- a page with some editable fields (a section filled information about the owner of the house, see [URL visible pour les membres Pro])
- a page with 2 different graph (with a d3j or other graph libs) generated with random data.
- we can print in pdf this page via the browser and thanks to specific css for print media, the printed version looks like the preview report without the sidebar & navbar (see the attached pdf)
- and we should be able to create, read, delete, update the report (CRUD).

if you check the source code of the original Yanport webpage , you will see minied/crypted version. But if you inspect the page once loaded, you can get the angular loaded source code. [URL visible pour les membres Pro]
there are angular intruction and template (e.g. "/modules/performance/market-studies/preview/study.tpl.html") you can directly copy-paste to be faster.

To be tested the code should be deployable on Heroku (free plan)

around 1 day of a full-day work

IMPORTANT:
This is the first job of a serie. the goal of this job is also to find a gem since I want to find long-term relationship to help me improve/maintain such service and potentially do some time pair programming . I need to find a fair, good and committed developer. The counter-part is that I willing to pay high hourly rate.
