Front End developer (HTML 5, CSS 3, SOA)

EVERIS recherche un développeur/ développeuse front end pour travailler à la Commission Européenne :

For one of our projects at the European Commission in Brussels, we are urgently looking for a Front End Developer to join Everis Belgium.

Description of the tasks:

•Guide the related projects to more integrated solutions and identify areas for improvements related to Java Enterprise technology, enterprise & web content management, XML, portals, interoperability, Web 2.0, application life cycle management;
•Provide expertise in IT messaging technologies and web technologies;
•Assure interoperability between electronic Procurement back offices and front offices applications;
•Review of Information Systems Architectures;
•Design and development of component architecture and building blocks;
•Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
•Assistance in the testing, the technical documentation, the deployment, the evaluation and the reporting;
•Produce software architecture documents, technical specifications and project planning;
•Provision of quality plans, quality assessments, quality control tests, evaluations and service level agreements associated with information system infrastructure services or projects.

Required knowledge and skills:

•Working experience in the fields: JavaScript, KendoUI, JQuery, Log4J, Jax-RS, JSON,
•Very good knowledge of XML, [E-mail visible pour les membres Pro], UML and iterative software development;
•Knowledge using message oriented middle-ware platforms following the event-driven Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles;
•Good working experience with HTML 5, CSS3, JSON;
•Understanding of website accessibility and of responsive and mobile-first design approaches.

Skills considered as assets:

•Working experience in Java/J2EE environment.

Languages:

•Fluent in English and French is an asset.

Other:
Rapid self-starting capability and experience in team work.
