Cherche développeur buddypress

Hi,
I'm creating a buddypress website for the film industry : a social network where crew member ( make up, cinematographer, hairdresser, ... ) and production can both register.

I have currently 2 member type

What I\'d like to create is a 3rd directory, called \" projects \" where production companies can fill a form for each movies ( as IMDB ) and can tag users in every credit. for example a company called Warner create a new project called The Hobbit, and can tag Peter Jackson as director, Andrew Lesnie as Cinematographer, ... When tagged, user receive a Notification. And I\'d like to have this directory with cover of each movies and users can order by Short Film, Feature Film, Music Video, and Commercial.

Actually this directory should be very close as group function that already exist in buddypress, with manage, picture profile, and so...
