Start-up Software Developer

You have today the opportunity to join the company’s co-founders in building an innovative start-up within the fast growing email plug-in industry.
In Phase 1, an outlook plug-in will be developed. Phase 2 will focus on the extension of the plug-in towards mobile devices.
You will work closely with the co-founders, get valuable insights into the world of start-ups and participate in the strategy planning process.

• Role description
As a software developer, you will:
o Support the CTO in a wide range of activities (technical specifications, information security plan, software development methodology)
o Write the program codes
o Test the product
o Maintain the product once it is running

• Formation
Degree (completed or ongoing student) in the field of computer science

• Required skills
o Ability to use the development environment: Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 including Microsoft developer tools (Visual C# or Visual Basic, VB.net, C++ plus all VS SKUs including Visual Studio Express)
o Significant experience in outlook software development. (Ideally knowledge of products such as ClearContext, ToDoIst, Xobni).
o Eye for detail & identifying problems
o Strong analytical skills
o Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
o Ability to work in a team
o Good level of English is an advantage

• Period
Minimum 3 months & (chance to get more involved later on)
