Développement d'un site web de radio sportive

We are looking for a developer and graphist team to develop our website and its back office using our detailed Balsamiq mockups

We are Kikast, a sports web radio platform, where all games can be followed and anyone can be a commentator. We want to become the new media of reference for all live sports.

Our website will allow commentators to record themselves and broadcast live to the entire community, in audio only. Each user will create his webradio channel to be broadcasted during the time of the game only.

In order to do that, we will not use a proprietary streaming technology but use Google Hangouts.

We want the developer to:
Develop:
The website
Its back office
The back-end (databases and their management)

Provide graphic enhancement of the website, as only mockups will be provided by us

Suggest modifications to the mockups provided

Recommend on the technical solutions to be used:
Usage (or not) of a CMS
Programming language and framework
Infrastructure (e.g. hosting servers, …)

A successful project will be one done in time (1 month max) and where both you and us are happy with the result

We will want to have excellent communication between us all along the project, with daily delivery of progress, to make sure the project is on track.
