I am looking for a fast, knowledgeable Directus specialist to assist with my existing Directus panel and help expand my website by adding new pages. Key tasks include troubleshooting current issues (e.g., slow image downloads, 401 errors) and implementing advanced functionalities such as:

- **Custom Image Optimization:** Enhance image speed and quality using techniques like WebP format, CDN integration, and cloud solutions (DigitalOcean Spaces).
- **SEO-Ready Content Creation:** Develop structured, optimized pages with meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking.
- **Directus Integration:** Create tokens for GSP API access and streamline CMS-driven features.

**Primary Page Types:**
- Neighborhood pages (/neighborhoods/[slug])
- Resource guides (/resources)
- Interactive property pages (/property)
- Contact page (/contact)
- Insights module (/insights)

**Dynamic Templates:**
Each page must meet the following criteria:
- Be responsive and optimized for Core Web Vitals.
- SEO-focused, with automated internal linking (minimum 8 links per page).
- Structured for Directus CMS integration.

**Calculators:** Develop interactive tools for real estate calculations such as tax estimators, income tax calculations, affordability calculators, and closing costs guides.

**CityRealty Strategy Replication:** Incorporate features like PPSF historical charts, embedded maps, school zones, developer info, amenities checklists, and market summaries.

**Property Search & Listing Features:** Build advanced filters (e.g., location, price, beds, baths), structured FAQs, and related property carousels. Enhance schema markup (FAQ, Breadcrumb, Product).
