You are fluent in English, you can write great emails and you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant. You are ready to start now.
Our clients are based in the US and are directly in contact with their dedicated assistant through the tools they use the most (email, text, calendar, etc.). Their requests vary from inbox management to event scheduling, travel planning, or research projects. They require quick decision making, proactivity and attention to details.
On the startup side, we’re product experts building tools to make the relationship between clients and assistants more human and more efficient. This is an opportunity to try new productivity tools, give us feedback and be part of this innovation process.
