The requirement is to deisgn and develop a website (for consumers and sales agents). The website would only showcase available products to their consumers whereas the sales agents would use the wbesite to create and manage order from the retail customers.

The platform would have 3 different types of users
1. Sales Agents
2. Customer
3. Super Admin

Consumer
Consumer would be able to view information of the product on the website. They can search for the fabric by type, colour etc. and would be able to view details of the fabric on the website. Customer would not be able to create their account on the website, account for the customers would be created by the sales agents. Once account is created, customer would be able to access their dashbaord where they can search for the item and would be able to add item to their order and can place their order on the website. Customer can also track the status of their order on the website.

Sales Agent
Sales agents can login to their panel and would be able to view list of customers assigned to them. They can add/edit a new customer and can create their account. While creating a customer account sales agent would be able to restrict the fabric type, fabrics for that customer (Customer can only view the items they are allowed). In addition sales agent would also have rights to create an order for that particular customer, verifying order, uploading checque details etc. Sales agents can view list of all the order that are approved by the admin and notifications when a status of the order changes.

Super Admin
Super admin would be able to manage sales agents, customers, Products and their categories, orders etc. from the backend admin panel. Super admin would be able to verify the order placed on the website and can change the status. Admin would be the overall controller and would be managing the complete website.
