Shopping cart customization in Italian

je regrette je parle seulement italian or english,
I need to do a small site from the scratch from an unexperienced user.
The site is a simple Ecommerce to sell bakery and Bread ,working correctly on mobile,have to be fast and easy to browse, and not outdated with graphics No needs for Ads, no recent products and similar, i would browse a short list , set quantity, choose a day and an hour of delivery , and pay if registered.in a fast fluffy smart way.
The entire process needs too to set Paypal merchant account and find cheap webspace,
needs too some customizations i listed to an url to be read from you..
