Graphic design for simplified mobile-app war game

We would like to develop a very rustic and simplified war game. The purpose is to bomb by plane terrorist groups derives from real-life ones (Islamic State, Shababs, Al-Quaeda etc…)

We are able to develop by ourselves the mobile app. but need the assistance of a graphic designer to draw very simplified cartoon like characters, objects and maps.
