Create a 'cycling kit designer' for MAGENTO

I'm looking for a 'kit designer' for my e-commerce web site on a Magento platform version 9.1.

examples of this type of designer are shown attached here.

I want my client to choose the style they want - change the colours of specific elements - then save and make available to me to complete the design by adding logos, names, motifs etc.

I do not want the client to go directly to check out.

I would prefer the clients design can be saved and also published onto our business facebook page.

My budget is max 800 euros
