Development d app iphone android tres simple

Create a very simple iphone app + android + website,
like Trip advisors, where the user would grade how the table is set in a restaurant, take picture of dishes etc...
by taking a picture of the table and insert comments. In the end people will add comments and rate each table settings and set a grade to it.
