Configuration de servers test et production

Goal
Install, configure and deploy the testing and production environments on 2 different servers. Deploy backup and monitoring.

As-Is
The web application is developed with JAVA.
Currently the entire environment is installed on one server.

Some of the applications in use: Apache, Jboss AS 7.1.1, Java 1.6.0_27, Solr 4, MySQL 5.5.34, CVS 1.12.13, MAVEN, tarsnap and some shell scripts

Target
2 different environments on 2 different servers

Testing environment
The testing environment will be installed on a dedicated server with Linux Ubuntu 64.
Testing web site will be accessible through [URL visible pour les membres Pro]
Actions to be performed:
- Install and configure the testing environment (Apache, JBoss, MysQL, ...)
- Configure Apache to be a frontal to JBoss. JBoss accessible only locally.
- Install JBoss monitoring
- Copy source code from
- Remove DB back up on server
- Remove tarsnap
- Document every action performed to allow us to perform again all actions needed

Production environment

The production environment will be installed on a dedicated server with Linux Ubuntu 64.
Production web site will be accessible through [URL visible pour les membres Pro] and [URL visible pour les membres Pro]
Actions to be performed:
- Install and configure the testing environment (Apache, JBoss, MysQL, ...)
- Configure Apache to be a frontal to JBoss. JBoss accessible only locally.
- Install JBoss monitoring
- Document every action performed to allow us to perform again all actions needed
- Migrate 5klix.com on the production server
- Install source code
- Configure and migrate DB
- Migrate and reconfigure back up online tool (Tarsnap: daily back up source code and DB)

Secure the two servers
- install anti-rootkit
- Update installed linux packets
- Install jboss monitoring
