Service Overview:

Analyze the existing Salesforce Sales Cloud environment, gather business requirements, and define the functional and data migration strategy to Odoo CRM.
Configure and customize Odoo CRM, including sales pipelines, workflows, user roles, permissions, and required business processes.
Plan and execute the migration of CRM data, ensuring data quality, integrity, and successful validation.
Design, implement, and coordinate integrations with third-party systems and support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and post-implementation activities.
Produce functional and technical documentation, deliver user training, and provide ongoing support to ensure a successful adoption of the new CRM.

Key Skills:

Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Odoo CRM configuration and administration.
Proven experience in CRM migration projects, including data mapping, ETL processes, and data validation.
Solid technical knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Python, and system integrations.
Strong business analysis and process improvement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Excellent project management, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
