I’m building a “Kayak of non-reimbursed care” and the first milestone is a fully automated directory focused on aesthetic medicine, with aesthetic physicians as the initial priority.

Your mission covers the entire data pipeline:

• Collect every practitioner and clinic from RPPS, SIRENE and relevant professional federations.
• Identify each entity’s public site via Google Places or another search API.
• Crawl those sites, extract all contact details and any publicly listed prices, then map each act to my in-house taxonomy.
• Pull ratings, review counts and opening hours from the Google Places API to enrich every profile.
• Store the results in a clean, version-controlled database and expose them through a lightweight JSON API that supports queries by profession and city.
• Make the workflow completely self-updating so new or modified records are detected and processed without manual touch-points.

Acceptance criteria:
1. ≥ 95 % match rate between RPPS records and the final database.
2. ≥ 90 % correct price extraction on a pilot sample.
3. Sub-second responses from the search endpoint on a 100 k-row dataset.
4. Docker-ready deployment with clear README and well-commented code.

If commercial APIs or proxy services are required, flag them early so we can organise keys and quotas.
