Digital COO for FLOXA & X-LANG

1. Institutional Context
AG2I GLOBAL, an international organization for institutional engineering, is deploying two strategic digital platforms:
• FLOXA, an inclusive and resilient financial infrastructure,
• X-LANG, a universal linguistic platform designed for major conferences and international gatherings.
These initiatives are part of the Kolwezi Resolution (Accord X.0) and the Africa X.0 Tribune, both set to become global reference summits, comparable to Davos or Bretton Woods.
2. Purpose of the Call
AG2I GLOBAL is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of a Digital Chief Operating Officer (COO), tasked with ensuring the operational robustness, coordination, and international integration of FLOXA and X-LANG.
3. Main Responsibilities
• Oversee the technical and operational implementation of FLOXA and X-LANG.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and institutionalization standards under the DOMINIZ framework.
• Supervise pilot phases (tests with international events, strategic partnerships).
• Define performance indicators and oversee their achievement.
• Contribute directly to the preparation and success of the Africa X.0 Tribune (2026).
4. Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in senior technical/operational roles (COO, CTO, Tech Lead).
• Strong expertise in digital environments (Node.js, React, cloud APIs, cybersecurity).
• Ability to operate within an institutional framework (NGOs, international agencies, public-private partnerships).
• Excellent skills in strategic communication and multi-stakeholder project management.
• International outlook, intercultural sensitivity, and alignment with DOMINIZ values: transparency, inclusive productivity, and long-term vision.
5. Contractual Modalities
Two distinct and exclusive paths are offered:
1. Service Provider Path: contractual mission, direct remuneration, limited technical scope.
2. Builder Path (COO): institutional integration, global recognition, equity/phantom equity, strategic visibility within AG2I GLOBAL and the Africa X.0 Tribune.
No combination of both is possible.
