Développement sur mesure prestashop 1.7 - Affichage sous catégories

Notre site est sur prestashop 1.7

Nous souhaiterions modifier l'affichage des sous catégories sur nos pages catégories sur mobile.

Aujourd'hui, il y a un bloc sous catégories enfants affiché par défaut que l'on souhaiterait transformer par un bloc horizontal slidant + ajouter un lien vers la catégorie parente (s'il y en a) ou lorsqu'on est sur la catégorie la plus profonde, faire afficher les catégories sœurs.

1. UI: Change the rectangles to horizontal scroll for a better UI. These rectangles are subcategories from the category you are in so for this step, only CSS / JS should be ok.

2. Logic: yes, need to add some logics:

For example, If your categories on the website are like this:
Lighting(category lvl 1)
Outdoor lighting (category lvl 2)
White Wall lamps (category lvl 3)
White Wall lamps Design (category lvl 4)
White Wall lamps for Living room (category lvl 4)
White Wall lamps for Bedroom (category lvl 4)
White Wall lamps for Kitchen (category lvl 4)
Black Wall lamps (category lvl 3)
Waterproof Wall Lamps (category lvl 3)
Indoor Lighting (category lvl 2)
Industrial Lighting (category lvl 2)

If you are on a category from top lvl (lvl 1), for example Lighting(category lvl 1), it should display the categories from the lower lvl: Outdoor lighting (category lvl 2) | Indoor Lighting (category lvl 2) | Industrial Lighting (category lvl 2)

If you are on a category page from mid lvl (lvl 2-3 in this example), for example : Outdoor lighting (category lvl 2), it should display the parent category, then all the categories from the lower lvl: Lighting(category lvl 1) | White Wall lamps (category lvl 3) | Black Wall lamps (category lvl 3) | Waterproof Wall Lamps (category lvl 3).
The same goes for White Wall lamps (category lvl 3), it should display: Outdoor lighting (category lvl 2) | White Wall lamps Design (category lvl 4) | White Wall lamps for Living room (category lvl 4) | White Wall lamps for Bedroom (category lvl 4) | White Wall lamps for Kitchen (category lvl 4).

If you are on a category page from the deepest lvl (lvl 4 in this example), for example: White Wall lamps Design (category lvl 4), it should display the parent category, then all the categories from the same lvl:
White Wall lamps (category lvl 3)
White Wall lamps for Living room (category lvl 4) | White Wall lamps for Bedroom (category lvl 4) | White Wall lamps for Kitchen (category lvl 4)
