Editorial agency based in Greece, we maintain and publish several specialized B2B newsletters, websites and web magazines. We also provide to our customers a variety of services such as translation, Content Management, ...

To handle a sudden increase in order volume and to secure our development, we are now recruiting a second employee to assist our team with several tasks (a previous as was posted recently for the first position,- it's now the same job but for another person):

This is full-time mission - 8 hours a day Mon - Fri

Updating our webpages through a CMS
Editing of short stories
Summaries of texts
News selection – press review
Updating social networks (Twitter, Facebook, …)
Invoicing and reporting customers
Creating Internet links and SEO tasks
Customer support by email and phone
Translation from English to French of stories, web pages and user guides
Proofreading of French texts

Candidate profile :

Native French required
Excellent written French – excellent spelling required - WE INSIST on EXCELLENT !
Good level of English (no spoken English required) but the candidate will have to translate content and news from English to French and will probably have to write emails in English.
The candidate should be extremely familiar with all Internet tools (Facebook, Google, Twitter, ...) as we frequently use them
The candidate is highly familiar with common computer software (Word, ...). The candidate works very quickly on a computer. (example : we manage thousands of emails daily)
The candidate should work independently and be flexible
The candidate deals well with pressure and stress. Deadlines are sometimes short.

Training will be provided in house or online to use our tools.

This is a full-time and long term contract !!! (over 6 months)
