Application web

a web app (that follow a workflow) that allow my sales team (#60 people) to:
- according to a selected category can watch what is the material available to decorate their congress/event booth - link of classified catalog
- from this they can select the material they need
- then they need to fill information for us to ship the material when and where it is needed so here a form with the field we will ask you
- once this request is submitted, it sends a complete notification to the marketing team (x3 people) + to the sales rep who has submitted it + possibility to send to other people (email adress to be added manually by the sales rep
- marketing team then has to approve or reject or ask more information
- sales rep receive a 2nd notification : approved/rejected/more info needed
- once material has been shipped, marketing can push a button that send a notification to different people including the sales rep who requested fthe material (but can be the transporter...) with all crucial information like who is the transporter, transporter phone number, address/day/time of delivery, sales rep phone number...
- prioir the end of the event, a summary notification is sent to the sales rep with all info he needs to follow to ship back the material
- once the sales rep has done everything needed he has to validate
- once marketing has received back the material and confirmed everything was ok - a thank you email
