Develop a TCP/IP daemon Software

Create a daemon Software implementing following functions:
- Running a TCP/IP server accepting one client at a time. After connecting, the server socket answers SCPI Protocol commands to send data to client.
- Getting data from a Database through a COM Object, and transfer these data to TCP/IP server
Application will be automatically started from command line. An option will be implemented to show a service window if needed.Progammed in Visual Studio using .NET C#
