B2B website buiding on Magento2

Building a B2B website for dentist and dental labs using Magento2.
Goal: order dental prosthesis on line to platform that will schedule pick up of dental impressions from client to our office. We will send grouped cases to Hong Kong. Chinese Manufacture will pick up our shipment, control if they can handle cases with provided informations (or need additional contact with dentist by e-ticket or web chat), do the dental prosthesis in 3 days (or more if more info is needed), send back our boxes to France. We we get all shipment at shipment and do dispatch back to dentist or dental labs.
