Architecte Java

As System Architect, you will be under the responsibility of the Software Architecture manager within the R&D. You will be in charge of architecture and innovation work, including proof of concept based upon cutting-edge technologies.
Main Activities Architecture & Innovation
• General architecture specifications from needs and requirements as defined by the Product Management team
• Contribution to the design and technical architecture (Java oriented)
• Contribution to the infrastructure design - Deployment study with security and observability concerns in a Cloud-oriented environment
• In the context of Innovation, identify & select the new technologies and concepts which can be shared and taken on.
• Contribution to PoC and Spikes - Share and foster the orientations and technology choices

Methodology
• Member of scrum teams compliant with the Agile process and best practices as set up in the R&D department
• Collaborative approach and teamwork with all members of the scrum team (developer, scrum master, QE, PO)
• Daily scrum, reporting, follow-up, in line with the Architecture & Expertise backlog (kanban)

L4 Support
• Contribution and support for analysis and fix of client issues

Expected Knowledges

• Good knowledge of :
o Java software architecture and design
o Linux and Windows environment
o Microservice architecture
o Networking
o Deployment & provisioning
• Knowledge :
o Security (system & network)
o Cloud platforms infrastructure
o System monitoring and observability
• Appreciated :
o Virtualization and containerization

Required Skills
• 10+ year experience in system architecture
• If possible, with a first experience in a similar job (especially Innovation)
• Keen interest for innovative technologies and solutions
• Proactive approach and teamwork
• Communication / Good relationship
• English facilities: architecture reviews and workshops in international context
• Writing capabilities
• Autonomy
