Pixel-perfect layout integration in React Native

Basically the context is as follows :

The app is in React Native and runs on both iOS and Android.

It as already been developed and is functionally working but with a rough design.

What we want is to integrate pixel perfectly a new design we just finalized and some perfectly smooth animation instead of current rough layout.

We are looking for a real UI passionate with experience in implementing layout in React Native that will be obsessed delivering this fantastic layout integration and very smooth animations so that the final visual aspect of the app will be at very high standard.
