Creation of a web site presenting a ski shop

Creation of a web site presenting a ski shop (no e-commerce)

Hello,
I would like a designer to create for me a web site presenting a ski shop (winter activity) and mountain bike shop (summer activity). I have some “old” knowledge of HTML but with the development of CCS and XHTML I not anymore in.
You can see the previous version of the web site (to be completely redone) at [URL visible pour les membres Pro] .
I would like a flash introduction with one side “winter” and the opposite side summer.

The winter activities will lead to a standard (but nicely made) web page where one ca find the: descriptions of the activities, locations, tariffs and brands sold in this shop during the winter months – (very similar to the old web site)- the description will have to be made in French and in English.

On the other hand, the summer part will redirect the potential customer to a standard (but nicely made) web page where one can see the tariffs of bike location, a video of a ballad, some maps, the activities etc etc…- the description will have to be made in French and in English.

Please propose your services and tariffs.
