1. Server must be 100% like this (offer all options of) [URL visible pour les membres Pro]

2. You create only this "ftp server", this "Web-based Administration" and this "Web-based Client". Not the wftpserver website "wftpserver.com";

3. The code must be written by you. No purchase, no copy/past but writen from scratch be you;

4. Code must be 100% GNU C++ or Qt C++ (I prefer Qt5, so server will multi-OSs);

5. This Web-based Administration ([URL visible pour les membres Pro]) and this Web-based Client ([URL visible pour les membres Pro]) must be:

a. Written in php and valid HTML/CSS (Ajax, Boost, CodeIgniter are permitted);
b. Translatable (you give me only English language and I will translate it in other language);
c. Skinnable (you give me only a default skin and I will add other skin);

6. Windows & Linux compatible (that why I prefer Qt!).

THIS PROJECT IS SERIOUS AND URGENT!
