This short version presents a concise overview of the event — bringing together leadership moments, celebration, and collective energy — and reflects Zamani Vision’s approach to crafting strategic films for institutions and major organizations.

Portrait-driven documentary featuring Armando Cabral, Guinea-Bissau–born model and fashion entrepreneur, whose career bridges international luxury fashion and independent creative entrepreneurship.
After a successful career as a top model working with major global fashion houses, Armando Cabral relocated to New York in 2005 and launched his own footwear brand, with the first collection released in 2009. As creative director, he integrates African heritage and identity into a contemporary luxury aesthetic.
This film is part of AMBITIONS – Season 2, a documentary portrait series broadcast exclusively on TV5MONDE, comprising 60 short-form portraits (4 minutes each) highlighting influential men and women across Africa.
The project also includes a thematic collection of 15 long-form interviews (13 minutes each) available on TV5MONDEplus, the network’s free digital platform.
My role: director and editorial consultant, responsible for narrative structure, interview direction and visual identity.
This project illustrates my experience working on editorial series designed for both broadcast and digital platforms, combining character-driven storytelling with international distribution.
