We create highly polished iPhone & Android apps for startups and enterprise clients. We also know a thing or two about branding, websites, and user acquisition.

we don't just build apps. We introduce our clients to our lawyers partners, to protect them. We create the kind of apps, Web site, that people talk about, that they use over and over again. Mostly, we eat, sleep, and breathe mobile. It's who we are.

We don't just build whatever comes our way. The first step is to hand-pick only the best projects. And then no matter how good the idea sounds or how confident our client is, we put the app through a rigorous vetting process, polishing and streamlining the idea along the way. Only then, are we ready to start designing and building anything.

Once we've reviewed an idea, it's time to start designing and building. Before everything, our clients meet our lawyers partners for free (first appointment). From designing a logo and brand identity through full design and development, our in-house specialists spring into action. We are strong believers in data-driven decision making, which means that we adhere to an agile, analytics-driven approach. Build, test, launch, gather feedback. Rinse & repeat.

We need partnerships with :

- UI DESIGNER
Your design skills and talent will be focused primarily on iOS or Android native application design.
Your skills will extend to creative for Web, UX, branding, and iconography work.
You are confident working with Strategists and Design team peers to create project architecture documents including Sitemaps, Workflows, Schematics, Wireframes, and Blueprints.
You understand and have worked in an agile team environment.
You will be a source of inspiration internally and externally, always overachieving and driving the Agency benchmark for quality.
You will collaborate with the Agency Development team to deliver projects and ensure your vision is carried through to final product launch.
You’ll work with the Product team to ensure the best user experience solutions are being produced.
You’ll be actively involved in securing new business leads via creating pitch decks, networking, or supplying direct leads. ;

- ANDROID DEVELOPER
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
Android application development experience using Java, Android SDK / APIs / Frameworks, and Android Studio.
Proven record of releasing apps to the store.
Object-oriented design & development experience; knowledge of data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, multi-threading, and complexity analysis.
3+ years of professional development experience.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (TDD, continuous integration).
Understanding of the Model View Presenter, inversion of control, and reactive design pattern.

- IOS DEVELOPER
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
2+ years experience in iOS application development
2+ years experience in a leadership role
Programming experience in: Java, Objective-C, .NET and/or C++
Experience interacting with external REST APIs
Experience working with external frameworks and libraries
Experience with agile and lean processes
Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges
Must be able to take initiative to be productive and efficient

- PYTHON DEVELOPER
4-6 years of experience, preferably in a leadership position
Hands-on knowledge and proven experience of Python
1-2 years experience working with Django
Experience with AWS, including EC2, ELB, RDS, MySQL, and auto-scaling
Experience working with Stripe for payment processing, Django Rest Framework for building restful APIs, and Github

- LEAD BACK END ENGINEER
4+ years of experience, preferably in a leadership position
Hands-on knowledge and proven experience (2-4 years) of Python
2-3 years experience working with Django
Experience with Heroku, AWS, including EC2, ELB, RDS, and Auto-scaling
Experience in scoping and estimating a given project and/or task
Experience working with Django Rest Framework for building Restful APIs
Experience working in a client-facing capacity
Knowledge of test driven development and modern deployment practices
Knowledge of open source best practices
Involvement with the open source community
