Cdiscount api Magento Integration

Below it specs: we neeed fully automatised cdiscount product data, market data, and transactionnal data (FTP and web service) to our marketplace :

there are 2 magentos to implement cdiscount catalog:

site 1 : standard (without unirgy maketplace module)
site 2 : magento + unirgy marpetplace module

Infra : ubuntu 14.04 + nginx + magento 1.9.0.0

The objective is : cdiscount -> mysql -> magento (with and without unirgy) > cdiscount

create mysql cdiscount tables from given document

catalogue create table :
a table that is updated dynamicaly with erased products
a cumumative table that contains current + new only - stock should be updated though for all products.
stocks: web service
orders: script to generate csv files
shipping: script to generate csv files
orders tracking : script to generate csv files
anomies tracking: create table
facturation: create table + download files, store in repository and increment table

cron all in / out ftp files: catalog, orders, shipping, anomalies, orders tracking, conformity files, invoices and update with mysql and magento
cron web service files: stocks, etc, and update with mysl and magento using highly secure magmi
shipping: cdiscount doesn't deliver the DOM TOM. The task is to develop shipping scripts to send in 2 steps:
from cdiscount to freight forwarder
from freight forwarder to end client
map icecat (our current anchor) with cdiscount categories
for orders: send orders by ftp and retrieve orders tracking by ftp
