I'd like to build and host a dating web site, using a cms if possible.

I do not work for a company, this is a personnal project, so I'm seeking the lowest price possible (but a good work quality :-)

Job description:
My goal is to obtain as final result, a web site that would be a copy of [URL visible pour les membres Pro]

Specific programming languages desired:
Not sure, but I think PHP, Bootstrap and others.....(Drupal ?)

I would like to have a configurable backend, with possibility to add new attributes and new values for them. Example : if there is Attribute = Eyes color, with possible values = Blue, green, brown, I'd like to be able to add a new attribute named "Hair colors", with possible values being "yellow, black, red".

As I said, in term of features, I wish to have the same as we can find on [URL visible pour les membres Pro] or [URL visible pour les membres Pro]
