Expert Developer PHP, Core, YII, Zend, CodeIgniter

We are a large beverage business network located in Florida USA and Ibiza, Spain.
We speak french and english.

We are looking for a top notch developer expert in PHP Core, YII, Zend CodeIgniter or Symfony frameworks to redo entirely our business network website in customized PHP and Responsive. The old site was done in asp.

This is an on-going freelance full time position.

Our site is a business network with a large database (done in ASP-MsSql).
We want to redo our entire site in PHP, which includes customized applications :
- Large Bstructure MySQL, stored procedures.
- A World Directory with dynamic search forms, presenting over 50,000 company profiles. Use of Cache.
- Registration form allowing Users to present their company profile, pictures, products, videos similar to Facebook, with Timeline, products images, description ....
- Publication of Announcements / News posted by Users
- Marketplace with dynamic search forms presenting Member's Products
- Creation of Friend Network between members (like Facebook or Linkedin) with Internal Emailing Module.
- Application to insert our member's announcements in selected newsletter's template.
- Emailing Module
- Ad banner Module with count of impressions.

We are looking for a full time developer who has excellent experience in all of the above points and in developing large database structure.
Must have already developed a social network.
Must be excellent with Ajax, JavaScript, CSS and security code.
Must speak/write english and be well-organized

Tell us your income expectation per month or 40hour/week ?

You will need to work 1 or 2 months from our location in Ibiza Spain in order to clearly understand the project and start the development. Travel and lodging expenses will be paid.
