Web Programing & New Payment Solution - WordPress

I have already post these job in french so i am posting it in English...
Please see the task :

-In the tab create an account (crée un compte) deletete user and do it so people log in with their email adresse.

- Staying connected after having created an account. Now we need to login again.

- Being able to connect via facebook.

- to be able to change password from the tab My Account ( Mon compte) and to be able to select « forgot password » (mot de passe Oublié) from the page «log in » (se connecter).

- The Twitter releases footer should Be Limited to two realese Otherwise the footer will become to long.

-The proposal form « Return on the open house » ( questionnaire retour de visites) must only appear in « my calendar » ( Mon Agenda) begining on the same day of the open house.

Insert a payment system for the thing listed below :

- the property high-lighted in the first page ( below the map on the main page ) .
For now the web site shows the last publish good.
Make a systeme which people can pay to publish their property on the first page on a range of 150 km around theire house. I want to be able to change the distance easely. Use our Localisation systeme to do that.

-Do the same thing for propoerty on that page :

But only limited to the three first house
Also, in case there is a time nobody as payed to be in first page, do it so the last good publish will be on that page.These way we will never have empty pages.

- User of the web site have the possibility to add house they want to visit to their “AGENDA”. When they do that I would like that people that publish an add be able to see who added their house. I want them to see how many people will be coming to theire open house. I want them to see it from their “personal space” ( MON compte). And I want to make them pay for being able to view the number of person who added their propoerty.

-I also want to insert a payment systeme to allowed people to view the answer from the « return on the open house » (Questionnaire retour de visite). I want them to be able to view those answer from theire personal account.

ALL THESE payment solutions need to Be Built Into the Package System in Word Press, so i can make user pay those option individually or as a package.

- I would like users to be able to print the " description of the good" (fiche desciptive du bien) IN THE personal space .The design print mite be : the logo on the quarter page up, the user can selected two pictures he want to show, on the left side. On the right side, the date and the Hour the adresse of the open house as well as the desctiption of the propoerty. Printing option available from "My Account" ( MON COMPTE) accordingly at side of the house.

Also On the main page, replace “tariff & formules” by “Services & Formules”
Than on the page “servide & formules” [URL visible pour les membres Pro]
Make the current title "publish a free good ." Direct access ( button that you can click and be redirected directly to a page to take advantage of the offer)
However, if the person clicks on it but it has already used this offer, indicate " you have already taken advantage of our free offer ." (vous avez déjà profité de notre offre gratuite) ».

When people click on this button they should be sent ;
-on ' create an account ' if they have not created an account
-or on the ' login '(se connecter) when they have registered but not connected,
-or on the page in order to offer free ads if they are registered and connected .

This offers give them the opportunity to post free ad for two months and without access to any of the payable options implemented
And it need to specify them that this is for a period of two months and only for an ad.
