Creation video animation 3D

Hello there !!

I need a video in 3D like the one in this video : [URL visible pour les membres Pro]

Euh better than the one in this video, but exactly the same style, all you customize are the building and all the other visuals, but the style stay the same.
I have all the photos in 2D or 3D.

Do you think you can create a better video than this one ? Can you do that ?
