RTMP Broadcaster pour android

Hi developpers.

We need developpers to code an RMTP broadcasting android app.
The goal is to broadcast the product camera to a rtmp server, justin.tv or UStream, with a resolution up to 1080p.
The product use an Exynos5 Dual Cortex A15 and run on Android 4.2
