ROI Simulator :
We recommend that AGC develop an online return on investment (ROI) simulator for its BIPV solutions. This tool, which is due to be rolled out in 2025, will enable customers to quickly compare the profitability of a BIPV installation with conventional photovoltaic panels, taking into account parameters such as climate, orientation, available support and installation costs. We estimate the cost of development at around 50 000 euro, covered by the marketing team in collaboration with an agency specialising in digital energy solutions. This initiative is a direct response to the problem identified during the interviews, namely the lack of clarity about the return on investment of BIPV. It will also contribute to the economic pillar of sustainable development by encouraging informed choices and accelerating the transition to energy-efficient buildings.
