Project summary :

The website is a plateform that allow vacation owners to publish and rent there accomodations. Visitors consult the offer listing and contact directly with the owners by email.

The website is composed by following pages :

- Home (last accomodations)
- Listing
- Accomodation
- Join Us
- Payment
- Edit accomodation
- Manage accomodation photos
- Owner's accomodations listing
- Edit owner details
- Login page

All pages are already designed and HTML integration have been done
The database structure is already defined
Processes are already defined

We are looking for people able to develope this website using Zend Framework v1.12

We will keep the technical management of the project. Every technical choice will be validated by our team.

We will divide project in some milestones :

- Owner inscription process
- Accomodation edition and owner details edition
- Owner contact process
- Automatic payment process

The developement will be done on our server

At the beginning of the project, you will give an estimation of the cost of each milestone.
Before begining each milestone, the corresponding final specification will be given and you will be able to adapt the budget
Half of the defined price will be paid before begining and half after validation
Every milestone will be controlled.
