BPAD, blind person's audio device

Prototype of a first simple BPAD app : EDOS. I developed a VB / Windows 7 version, ( blind user needs PC + numeric keypad). Next step: a Windows Mobile 8 version, VB / Visual Studio 12. Telephone-type "keyboard" layout, 12 "touches", 3 x 4 (maybe plastic overlay to allow blind persons to feel the touches).
EDOS : objective is learning native language / foreign languages. Detailed description on demand, provisional demo on YouTube, search for EDOS2011, then VIP-demo versie 2.
Target date : 1-3-2013. Payment : 0, I (1936) look for an idealistic person wanting to develop something decent for the blind (who have only the prehistoric braille and the very limited daisy readers at this time). Partenariat possible.
