Creationof a microsite.

I am looking to have a microsite for one of my real estate objects. 
I found a design that I like and would like to have copied from the “Wall Street Journal”.
It has to be EXACT/CLONED as the clip i will send in weTransfer, if you accept the job.
I am very conscious about design and it has to be esthetically well done or there’s no point.

My previous supplier accepted the job but was not competent enough to finish it.
I plan to have maybe 15-20 photos and some text. 
It's just one page, no menu or sub-pages, just one page with all the information by scrolling down. 
At the end a clickable contact area generating an e-mail. 
I will provide the text in French and English. 
I can send the design as a clip through WeTransfer.
