I need someone professional (bad experience with someone for whom I lost time)

Develop Menu like I currently have with application Smart Mega menu
Something intuitive which allow me to add menu/submenu, for example If i want to mega menu (like now) or add products or images with a link or collection
Possibility to hide something on the mobile menu.

mobile menu:
-Appearance of the menu from left to right instead of bottom to top.
-change the arrow (screenshot Menu1 attached) to "+" when the user chooses to open it and "-" to close It and keep the rotation animation
-reduce the font size on the phone between menu and submenu also to differentiate the colors (a background will appear darker on the with the possibility to change it.
-It would take the 3 Menu2 desktop screenshot images either side by side as on the desktop instead of one after the other (it is much too long on the mobile version)
-hamburger menu icon on the left instead of the right.

I need to have the possibility to create same sections-animations as the following website:

-increase/decrease size of pictures on the sections
-possibility to zoom a little or not in the pictures when I go over, put 1 or more buttons choosing the color and put where I want on the pictures with possibility to have an animation when I go over to the button and change color and opacity of the button.
-possibility to hide a section on a mobile
-Possibility to chose, reduce the space between the sections
-possibility to choose the display of mobile and desktop (for example 2 pictures in the same line on mobile and 3 in the same line for desktop for gallery of pictures
-diapositive: possibility to chose speed (to 2 sec) i can changed police / color and size too and without arrows
- possibility to see more with products section picture home2
-possibility to add picture on the newsletter background like that (home3):
-possibility to add Instagram symbol and opacity when I go over on pictures like that (home4):
-add products in front of pictures like that (home5)
