Program a sequential algorithm (dynamic model) of a microalgae

I am looking for a programmer capable of developing a sequential algorithm modeling the behavior and metabolism of a specific strain of micro-algae. The project can take several (3-4) months and I will provide the variables and parameters. The aim is to create a basic sim that will serve as a benchmark to a control system so it will have to work with an industrial progiciel.
