Design logo for small business in real estate

Hello,
We are looking for someone to design a logo for a very small business in the real estate sector. A few details:
2 days of work and €400 max for this project.
Need to present 3 examples in color and b&w, client will select one.
Final selection to be finalized and presented in a business card context (with fonts and color).
Payment on the delivery of the vectorized illustrator source file.
We are ready to start immediately and ideally the 1st week of November.
