Intégration de fonctionnalités CRM dans Odoo

Our company is using the open source version of ODOO V12 for the management of a Sales team.
We have uploaded a prospect list into ODOO with some characteristics with direct impact on the amount of potential annual billing.
We have incorporated this info in the contact fields

We need following BASIC integrations :

Users : we work with different levels
ADMIN
Regional levels (USA, …)
Sales reps
We need to assign prospect list to the sales reps (For example South Germany)
Ability to filter on Sales-rep on touched accounts (meaning leads and not opportunities )
Filter on task within the opportunities - (for example call back, proposal sent, couldn’t reach )
Possibility to create different price lists within ODOO and add products to the price list + link the price list to a certain country
Add additional fields in the contact info
GROUP level > if the hotel is part of a group`
Date signature contract
Customer (Y/N?) > field needs to be foreseen (info needs to come from the BO)
Sending proposal + contract with the E-signing function
Assign TASKS to other persons within the organization for follow-up (for example : ask customized price at HQ)
