- You will be given the resources required if we see results
- You will manage digital marketing campaigns end-to-end
- We will make development resources available rapidly if we need implement required changes to drive better conversions
- Help us track our advertising performance on weekly basis by creating effective reports

What are the skills that we consider critical:

- Expert in managing SEO content strategy
- Expert in setup the best workflow and tools to have continues improvement
- Expert in optimising paid search campaigns (Google, Bing)
- Good level of english

What we consider as a plus:

- Expert in managing SEA (Facebook, Instragram, LinkedIn)
- Ability to speak German
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry (Brokerage, Mortgages)
