OBJECTIVES

• Increase Organic Search traffic and sales in France ( 60% of traffic and eshop turnover) by improving the keywords used in Franch [URL visible pour les membres Pro] and identifying strong inbound marketing opportunities

• Increase awareness / brand footprint on search engines

SITUATION

• New [URL visible pour les membres Pro] Prestashop 1.7 launched January 2019, with new navigation: no SEO work performed on French (nor German, but this language is not a priority)

• English SEO (Off and Onpage + technical SEO) taken care of since January 2019.
o New Metatags in English implemented
o Technical SEO audit performed
o OffPage SEO with Backlinking implemented

• SEO project made in 2017, agency based in Spain : technical + keywords including French copywriting for meta + titles

• Traffic is mostly organic as EKOBO does not have implemented yet any significant paid search campaign, social campaign nor PR for backlinks referrals

• Brand is EKOBO but EKOBO.COM is taken hence URL is by-ekobo.com. There are some redirections eg. BIOBU.COM . Biobu is one of the collection ( bamboo fiber range) from EKOBO

In-depth Keyword analysis (x500?) + Top opportunities identification
2. Products and Brand related : In particular what are in French the right longtail keywords to describe our products “ eco-friendly dishware” , “sustainable design”, etc

3. META TAGS (x100) + TITLES: copywriting

4. FOOTERS/ HEADERS ( x10) : copywriting

5. BLOG CONTENT / INBOUND : Based on data , identify the theme for x 20 articles theme with associated keywords to be created ( “ inbound approach”). No copywriting required

6. AUDIT + REPORTING :
• Ranking analysis vs competitors
• Recommendation for Dashboard / tools to assess results of SEO

7. RECOMMENDATION By-ekobo.com
• Recommendation on how to handle the URL by-ekobo.com vs Brand name EKOBO ( backlinks, offsite SEO)
• Recommendation around Biobu ( same number of search on Biobu vs Ekobo)

8. Nice to have : TRAINING for SEO copywriting.
Give a tutorial for increasing in-house capabilities at EKobo for leveraging ( basic) SEO copywriting tools and methodologies
