· Candidate should have experience with the process to scan and remove luns on a live system. What is the process used to identify luns not found by the volume manager or not accessible to all HBA’s
· Experience with management of volumes (e.g., VxVM) and native windows disk management – adding and removing luns.
· Experience with different ways to copy data (e.g. volume mirror)…
· Experience with replicated disks and how to confirm luns in prod and dr side.
· Experience with clustered systems such as sql and the migration of corium disk. As wall as understanding confirmation of luns on prod and DR side.

Here is the Requirement for Two Open Positions :-
We need Linux and Window Migration experience resources with following exposure and hands on experience ( Host Migration), these are two different requests. Hence share two different set of profiles.

Available population in market is Linux Admin and Window Admin with NO EXPERIENCE ON Migration. Please DO NOT SHARE ADMIN Resource profile , We need Migration Resource

SKILLS - SCOPE : -
1) Linux server migration :
Migrating a LINUS VCS cluster using VXVM”; “Migration experience using LVM in a VCS environment. LINUX operating system with Veritas Volume manager and Veritas Cluster Service migration experience. Migration experience of a Linux VCS cluster from one array to another.
2) Window migration : -
Windows operating system with Veritas Volume Manger and Veritas Cluster Service migration experience.

Bullet 2 is Veritas Volume Manager (VxVM). That is the ONLY way the customer wants to move these hosts. Lack of skill in this area will result in a rejection of the resource

Bullet 5 is VCS ( Veritas Cluster Server). That is the only clustering they use.
