Web app pour la diffusion automatique d'annonces

I work for a French company that sells second hand cars imported from Germany. The company selects vehicles sales announcements in Germany (from the website “[URL visible pour les membres Pro]”) and creates announcements of the selected cars in France (on the websites "[URL visible pour les membres Pro]", "[URL visible pour les membres Pro]").
The announcements of the cars in France have to be edited and personalized, so that customers think that the car is owned by my company and not the German Supplier.

THE REQUEST:
We want to be able to automatically create and broadcast online ads on different websites (leboncoin.fr, lacentrale.fr etc.) by selecting automotive sale ads directly from the website “automobile.fr”.

Once the ads on automobile.fr is selected by the user, we would like the solution to:
(1) - Save images of the ads and a PDF of the page on a file (on a cloud or desktop)
(2) - Add the informations on a dashboard to allow us to edit informations and manage the diffusion of the ad on the different websites (Web interface or Gsheet or Excel file…)
(3) - Diffuse the ads on the selected websites (PS: I asked the website Leboncoin how to communicate with their solution: "Our car import format consists of an XML file zipped by point of sale. Each file is zipped and transferred to a dedicated FTP account at each point of sale.")

Below are just the firsts insights on what i am looking for. I am free to discuss more about it!
